How quickly can I get samples?
Standard product samples are typically shipped within 3–5 business days. For custom formulation samples, allow 4–6 weeks for development and testing.
Do you offer minimum order quantities?
MOQs vary by product. Most specialty grades start at 25kg or 25L. Bulk and commodity products are available at any quantity from contract quantities to spot orders.
Can you provide SDS and TDS documents?
Yes. Safety Data Sheets and Technical Datasheets are available for all products on our Safety portal, or on request for proprietary formulations.
What is your lead time for bulk orders?
Standard stocked products: 3–7 days. Make-to-order specialty grades: 3–6 weeks. We also offer VMI programs to eliminate lead time concerns for high-volume customers.
